Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking. Due to time constraints of the game, we must adhere to a strict schedule. If you arrive late, we may not be able to honor your booking, or your group may not receive the full 60 minutes in the room.

All participants must complete and sign a waiver, available at https://pittsburgh.escapegameover.us. Parental/guardian consent is required for minors (under 18 years of age). Parent/guardian must complete and sign the waiver on behalf of the minor. Please complete waivers before arrival.

Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an onsite adult. Participants aged 13 and under must be accompanied in the room by a participating supervising adult. Children 5 years old and under will be admitted free of charge, but must complete a waiver to be in the escape room. Please note that the theming of some rooms may not be suitable for children.

*Any players over the recommended number may feel compact in some parts of the rooms.

Full payment is required for booking. There is a 2-player minimum to book, or 4-player minimum for designated late night bookings. Additional participants can be added after booking is completed. For add-ons after booking, credit card payment will be required onsite.

No refunds will be issued, but bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. To reschedule your booking, call(+1) 4 12-368-2250

Theming in some rooms may not be suitable for players of all ages. Please note that some rooms have fog effects.
