Physical Accessibility
- Our lobby and common areas are wheelchair accessible.
- Some escape rooms may include narrow pathways, low-clearance passages, low lighting, or fog effects. We encourage guests to contact us ahead of time so we can recommend the most accessible room for their needs.
- Emergency exits and routes are clearly marked.
Game Experience
- Game Masters are trained to offer verbal descriptions or alternative clue delivery methods upon request.
- Guests with mobility limitations may request modified puzzle interactions when possible.
- Players with sensory sensitivities can request reduced sound effects, minimized lighting changes, or a no-fog environment in applicable rooms.
Sensory Considerations
- Some rooms may include flickering lights, loud sound effects, fog, or horror-themed content. If you have sensory concerns or triggers, we’re happy to guide you toward the most suitable experience.
Service Animals
- Service animals are welcome in our lobby.
- Due to the immersive and sometimes startling nature of our rooms, service animals may not be permitted in certain game areas for their safety. Please contact us to discuss options in advance.
Communication
- Guests who are deaf, hard of hearing, or non-verbal may request written or visual clue delivery.
- Our staff will provide text-based briefings upon request.
